If you want to have a local password file, use something like KeePassXC. Looking for an “I’m dead, do this” plan someone posted They are made for syncing between different platforms and devices. I think the xkeypass browser extensions (see ) can do all that. Has active development and it stores your passwords on your system so not dependant on cloud like cough LastPass (which in my opinion you shoudn't use as they have had many security breaches) cough.
hana87z, an artist that makes cool Hololive and other animations, got probably hacked by a shitty cryptoscam, can you guys report it so they get their account back? KeePassXC it is cross-platform and open source. People often recommend Bitwarden as an alternative, but I personally prefer to use KeePassXC with no browser extension or automatic sync. Wikiwand Extension added but no icon showing up? It is native and has the same autofill as Keychain on both platforms. It does not sync across devices, but there is a desktop client (Windows, macOS, and Linux) as well as Android (KeePass2Androidor KeePassDX) & iOS (Strongbox or KeePassium). In addition to the suggestions to use Authy(which I echo), you might also consider the KeePassXC password manager as a secondary place for your 2FA accounts. Keepassium is great too if you don't trust Bitwarden. What are the must have apps for privacy (iOS specifically)
LastPass users: Your info and password vault data are now in hackers’ hands. I even found that it can manage my credentials for. It also manages my SSH keys and adds them to the ssh-agent, even on Windows. Kepassium makes it available on iOS, and Keepass2Android makes it available on Android. It syncs between my devices using Dropbox. 
I use KeepassXC password manager, it keeps my TOTP information and makes it available to use on all my devices.
